SCREAMING OYSTERS Lightly fried crispy Fanny Bay oysters tossed in Cajun and hot sauce. Served with Tree Island Lemon yogurt
MIXED GREEN SALAD Mixed artisan greens with zucchini curls, Eatmore sunflower sprouts, Natural Pastures Pacific Pepper Verdelait and our house balsamic dressing
ROASTED BUTTERNUT SQUASH BRUSCHETTA Toasted potato rosemary bread topped with local Prontissima Pasta roasted butternut squash puree, tomatoes, onions and a balsamic reduction
CAJUN COD QUINOA Charbroiled cod with our house cajun blend, seasonal veggies, lemon herb quinoa and a ‑re roasted tomato cream sauce
CITRUS BLACK PEPPER SHRIMP FUSILLI Fresh citrus black pepper fusilli from Prontissima Pasta in a lemon dill cream sauce with wild baby shrimp, green onions and Parmesan. Served with focaccia stick.
ROASTED CHICKEN AND RICE Charbroiled local Farmhouse chicken thighs with a blended roasted garlic artichoke cream sauce, sundried tomatoes, local veggies and brown rice
MAPLE CRÈME BRULÉE A twist on our classic crème brulée with a maple filling, whipped cream, mint and cinnamon chip
MOLTEN CHOCOLATE PUDDING Our own house made chocolate torte melted to perfection and served with ice cream, whip cream, mint and cinnamon chip.
