Two fantastic musical guests at Union Street during WinterFest

Join us for great après ski music January 20 & 27

Comox Valley WinterFest is happening January 13 through 29, and you don’t want to miss any of the fun. With a snow load of family-oriented activities, music and comedy events, a petting zoo, and much more… there’s something to entertain everyone.

We are proud to host two après events featuring the music of Brodie Dawson and James, Johnson & Hyde.

The lovely, talented Brodie Dawson delivers a voice that jumps at you, making a clear direct hit to your heart and soul.

Brodie was awarded ‘Vocalist of the Year’ at the 2014 Vancouver Island Music Awards (VIMA), and was nominated for Best Live Act at both the 2014 and 2013 VIMA.

For the past year, Brodie has been touring with her band, She Could Be Trouble. They have been nominated for ‘Group of the Year’ at both the Vancouver Island Music Awards and the BC Country Music Awards (BCCMA), as well as the ‘Ray McAuley Horizon Award’ at the BCCMA’s.

She’ll be joined on January 20 by the incredibly talented Cam Boyce.

Michael Johnson and Jim Papp, aka James & Johnson, have been musical collaborators for over 35 years. Their amazing blend of folk, soul, blues, and jazz has something for every ear to enjoy.

Special guest John Hyde will be joining James & Johnson on acoustic bass January 27.
