Beaufort Vineyward & Estate Winery

Ça Beautage (2012)

A blend of Beaufort’s earthy Marechal Foch, Leon Millot and Cabernet-Foch grapes. This wine
was aged in a combination of French & American oak barrels and can be enjoyed with
traditional red wine pairing dishes.

Beaudacious (2014)

A blend of Beaufort Estate grown Schönburger, Pinot Gris, and another Comox Valley grown
white winegrape. This 100% Vancouver Island off-dry wine is crisp, aromatic and versatile.

Chardonnay Uncloaked 2014

A stainless steel driven Chardonnay to reflect the freshness and purity of fruit in this timeless
variety. Showcasing the vineyard, not the barrel. A clean, fresh, and disrobed Chardonnay.
Stone fruits and tropical zest dominate with a sweet fruit entry and long finish. Cellaring will
reward those with patience.

Pinot Noir 2012

This savoury and earthy Pinot Noir has a juicy acidity and just a hint of spice. Try it with roasted
duck, tender veal, or your favourite wild mushroom creation.

Moon shine is the sun’s gentle seductive kiss that illuminates the mysteries
of the night. An elegant blend of 9 varieties of certified organic Apples and
3 varieties of certified organic Pears, this full bodied wine is dry and crisp
and has the aroma of crisp Apples with a very long finish of Pear and spice.

the astringency of Black Currents are combined to make a crisp and spicy drink.
A blend of 30% Black Currents and 70% Apples, this bold table wine is full
bodied with a well rounded fruity zest and a dry astringent finish.
