What makes our West Coast Shellfish Linguine so great?
For starters, we put a whole lot of love into it. This popular dinner main contains Salt Spring Island mussels, Manilla clams from Fanny Bay Oysters and fresh snapper caught off the coast of Vancouver Island.
The shellfish are steamed alongside spinach in our delicious homemade bisque containing white wine, cream and prawn stock, before arriving at your table on a bed of linguine topped with freshly shaved Parmesan cheese.
