Thai Prawn Salad
Grilled prawns, spinach, julienne peppers, green onions, sprouts, and our spicy Thai vinaigrette are tossed together and served over warm rice noodles.
Grilled Caesar Salad
This Caesar salad is special! We take charbroiled baby romaine, toasted focaccia croutons and toss with our house dressing and shaved parmesan. Include a little protein with the addition of barbequed chicken or barbequed Rockfish.
Charbroiled Chicken Salad
What can we say? It’s a classic. Fresh barbequed chicken breast served on a leafy bed of Artisan greens with almonds and honey yogurt dressing.
Pork N’ Feta
We take charbroiled, thinly sliced hot BBQ pork and arrange it over leafy Artisan greens. Topped with feta cheese and honey yogurt you can’t go wrong with this flavourful salad.
Quinoa Avocado Salad
Grilled baby romaine, grilled peppers, fresh avocado, feta cheese, and balsamic vinaigrette served over organic quinoa. Add a walnut mushroom patty for extra nourishment.
Fresh spinach with mushrooms, sundried tomatoes, artichoke hearts, shaved parmesan, and honey yogurt. Include a little extra flavour with the addition of barbequed Rockfish.
